Achievements

So check this, I hear the guild marks are gonna be obsolete and you will be getting the abilities depending on level. I love achievements and I realized that getting those abilities give you achievements. Since being able to purchase those abilities are gonna disappear, I'm thinking of spamming leves to get those last abilities that I need.

If a dev could read this and maybe find out if the achievements obtained via guildmarks are gonna be removed completely , obtained automatically through level progression or simply become unobtainable.

If someone knows the answer to the this that would be excellent since it will dictate what i will be doing to 1.20.

Hello Struck ^^. That’s a great question that has not specifically been asked but here are my thoughts. According to the most recent LIVE letter there will be a system where you learn all abilities as you level up and opportunities to use guild marks for abilities will no longer exist. Therefore at the time they are looking into whether we can trade existing tokens for gil or some other reward. I think this answer from the letter suggest that these abilities currently learned from the guild could be revised/removed completely with the upcoming balance adjustments OR could be learned from leveling up but NOT from guild tokens.

On another note, even though Physical Level has been abolished, you still got to keep the achievements that you earned by attaining certain Physical Levels. So I think it’s a good idea to start spamming those leves pronto! Hope this helps!

You are right I'm more concerned about obtaining otherwise soon to be unobtainable achievements. What they do to the marks afterwards I am not worried about. Thanks for the response , I looked into and yes the physical level achievements are still there...
