Well they haven't started the timer on auto-demolish yet anyway. It's staying off until 3.4 now, so there's no timer at the moment to reset.
Yeah they haven't been counting against players at all recently.
But to answer your question, players that don't log in during a free login event are the most deserving of a demolish, no?
