13001 Error, Error code: 0 Lobby server timed out

By any chance is anyone else getting this currently (11/5/11)? I've been attempting to log in all day now and i continue to get this when trying to access the character select screen. I've searched online for solutions but haven't found any. Any help would be appreciated.

Still receiving this same error. I found a few suggestions online about clearing IE cache, tried that and still nothing. I've also reinstalled the game and still nothing. I had also found a post saying to disable antivirus software and it'll work but that also didn't. I'm kinda at a loss because the game was working fine the day before and then the next day can't get log in.
