Graphical Anomalies - Quicksand, Ul'dah

Steps:
The floor at these coordinates has what look like two slivers of metal coming up out of the wood floor. Not really a bug, but more of a design flaw/mistake I guess; or perhaps intended or just not worth fixing! Anyway, just so you know... the screenshot is in the URL below (if you right click and open in a new tab or window, you'll see it clearer).

This doesn't appear to be any sort of graphical issue with my card or monitor, but a actual part of the game. If needed, I'm running a GTX1080 card w/a 4K monitor @ 3840x2160.
