S1 ranked rewards should include titles from lower tiers

Would be much appreciated, since gold isn't exactly the metal I favor. On top of that, it would take an entire season sitting at a lower tier to get a lower tier title, so I'd rather it be included with higher tier achievements to remove the incentive to sit at lower tier levels for the whole season.

It is kind of funny how it encourages you to do worse if you want those achievements, however useless the achievement points are in the first place.
