I am currently on the very first quest of the Yo-Kai watch event, and I haven't been able to get very far at all because every time I try to start the cutscene in The Black Shroud, I get an endless load screen. I have tried this four times now, and all four times I had to force quit FFXIV after waiting as long as 10 minutes for the cutscene to load. Please address this as soon as possible.
