Looking For Guild on Famfrit

Hello All

I am on Famfrit i am Gladiator Job. Me and my friend (who is a Brad job).

We are looking for a guild. we play a few days a week sometimes on weekend. we are looking for a casual to hardcore guild. We enjoy the raids and dungeons. we are currently learning the game as we are coming from 5-10 years of WOW and Guild War(2) and other RPG/MMORPG. we have VOIP if needed. however the guild we are looking for needs to be the following

1 - helpful
2 - patient
3 - Have VOIP or willing to us ours
4 - have some kind of schedule for raids and or dungeons
5 - and other things that are not important but make up a community

I/we can explain more about ourselves once we are online. I hope i am not being to picky as we dont want to be in a guild with 20 people and 10 havent logged on in a year. We are looking to enjoy this game and get the most out of it. Please hit me up here or in game
