Unable to connect to either Primal or Aether data centers

I've had this issue since the latest patch was implemented and its starting to get annoying. After bashing my head against the wall and being stubborn, I could connect to Primal yesterday after 30 min. Today though, I can't connect at all and all I seem to get when connecting to either data center is error 2002.

Has anyone else encounted this problem?

I have just encountered the same problem this morning, never had this before but can't connect to the Data Centre. I am hoping it's not my end.

Im getting the same thing here when Im trying to connect to the Primal data center, are you guys from the UK?

I'm from the uk and I can't keep a stable connection anymore, its definitely not on my end as my other half is playing Mario Maker online with no issues.

Yeah exact same problem with me in the UK then. Not sure if its ISP based Im using BT and I cant connect to Primal at all or if I do the lag is crazy.

I found your problem! BT! . All of the BT Internet Providers (eg BT, PlusNet etc) have experienced major issues for over 48hrs due to incidents with their network infrastructure (fires I think). It will also have affected other suppliers at times, Sky Broadband has had issues.
