disapearing mail

had a full set of i190 crafting gear disappear from my mail box after left unopened for less than 15 days, i went through the normal channels of deleting old mail making sure all attachments were gone and re-logging to no avail. been at this trying to get a hold of some one and playing "forum bureaucracy" since 10pm last night with out even a single response between here email and in game support. hell the history for the tickets i sent doesn't even show up in game.
