Housing question

I am CONSIDERING selling my medium house in the mist. There has been a lot of feed back that this is against ToS. I have yet to read it in ToS myself, after actually reading ToS. Can someone point out where this is exactly? I have contacted GMs, and they have failed to adequately respond that it is or is not allowed, and all forums have been without actual sited fact from the game itself.

So I am led to believe that it is in fact allowed, as long as it isn't an RMT action or scam (run away with the money and not relinquish).

It is very much against the TOS.

Form your own FC, invite the person who wants to buy your house. Make them the Master of the FC. Collect your Gil

Which is still in violation of the TOS.

This works if the house in question was bought for a FC. However, if it is a personal house, this won't work - you cannot convert a personal house to an FC house.
