BLM Lore gear melds
I am looking for a simple answer to what I hope is a simple question. I am a casual player (albeit one who spends way too much time in the game) with an iL239 BLM main and my current gear is all augmented Lore (plus an un-augmented ring). My weapon is a Rod of the Black Khan relic with 120 SS and 120 CRIT. I know this is not BiS gear but for my own reasons I will not be doing Midas Savage so this is what I have to work with.
Now that I have finished this relic I want to meld my Lore gear. Current stats of interest are:
ACC 721
CRIT 748
DET 517
SS 770
All I want to know is what stats to meld now. I just play for fun but would like to optimize the gear that I have right now. Any useful suggestions would be appreciated as I have been finding conflicting information or information that just deals with the BiS gear that I do not/will not have.

you are miles over on acc, and SS is very low. I'd swap out some of your acc pieces for 230 SS pieces if you have no midas gear. Even just equippping the WC chest, it's pretty decent, better than the lore chest, and will drop you a good chunk of acc
To answer your question, SS in wherever you can fit. The usual route then (on midas gear) is acc in some pieces to reach cap, tho obviously this is not the case for you, so you'd most likely want to do crit after SS I believe.
acc cap is somewhere around the 591-600 mark (so I've read on these fora) anything above that is not needed for any current content

Thanks - that has given me the starting point I was looking for.

That's solid advice above.

Agreed
The biggest mistake people can do is looking into the more body piece
Which way too much acc
Weeping City if you're lucky (i'm around 50 run and never saw it... I'm desperate)
Best filler is crafted body 220

You've p.much got your answer there with swapping the Lore chest for the Mhach 230 one due to the over-acc your sporting, so good luck on that drop.
and then likewise on the melds going for SS where possible, Crit if the piece cant have SS, and if by some chance it cant have either put in Det
that said a side note is the high SS is primarily a Single Target build spec [which is ofc what you will usually be doing] , but understand that high SS can mess with AoE rotations [if you care about that stuff] and means you might have to purposely wait for MP tick in Umbral Ice instead of it flowing more naturally. It's a moot point tbh but something to note if you do a fair amount of AoE for trash stuff.
