Repeated Support Reply Notices for three days

Three days ago I reported a RTM spam bot. Ever since that time I am getting repeated notices that my Support Desk query has been answered, even though there have been no actual replies since the first. I can view the reply to make the notice go away, but soon after it appears again.

It seems to happen shortly after I load the game, and after every time I load into and out of a duty. If I let the notice stand, it vanishes after the switch, but after a short while it will appear anew. If I make it go away, it does not reappear until I load into/out of an instance again.

This has happened before. In fact, almost every time I send a report I get multiple notices like this. But it has never stuck for this long. It's becoming quite annoying.

Area and coordinates: any
Steps:
1. Send RMT spambot report
2. Receive Support Reply notice (after satisfyingly watching the bot disappear)
3. View reply to make the flashing icon go away
4. Load into/out of duty
5. Receive Support Reply notice again
6. Repeat steps 3-5
