Game Master Codes not working

Firstly apologies if this is the wrong area to post in, i've never had to do this before.

I decided give in and buy Game Master for the codes (got it from my local Tesco) only to be told by the mog station that they are invalid! Game Master are clueless about this and i have no idea what else to do! There was only a couple copies left in store when i got it.

All 3 of the codes of the sheets were pretty much made up out of Z and 9 apart from the first 5 digits, and the last code one of the boxes had 6 digits for a box even though you can only input 5!

I'm at a total loss and have no idea where else to turn. :confused:

SE don't really reply to posts here (this is more a players helping other players forum) so I don't recommend waiting for a reply here.

From other threads it suggests the best thing for you to to is ring Future Publishing (number in the mag probably?) and explaining problem to them as with people who didn't get any sheet at all they're sending out replacements so this would likely be similar I suspect. Although they apparently said they only have limited amount of extra codes so probably best not to wait!

No idea for EU.

I have a EU account, and live within the UK. Not impressed at all with this and if the official forums technical support area isn't the right place then where is? lol

Maybe the codes only work in September, i've read something about it starting September, but not sure.

All you can do is contact SE or wait.

I think you should take a photo of those misprinted codes and show GM or SE.

Pretty much the same issue as incorrect / misprinted code.

I'm not being sarcastic in saying this but have you double checked you're not misreading letters for numbers and vice versa? Sometimes the font used doesn't clearly discriminate between the two.

Each code should consist of five sets of four characters. Mine happens to be mainly letters with fewer numbers. It should look like this:

ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST

Any character can be a letter or a number, so that's not something to worry about. There's 20 characters per code in total.

The code needs to be put in your account on the Mogstation under "Bonus Items Codes". Are you sure you're putting it in the right place as I seem to recall from earlier codes that there are numerous places on the site that mislead you!
