Just a small issue that bugs me slightly from day to day, can we please have an icon that floats above summoning bells that can count as part of the object to be clicked on? The reason for this is that when players gather around the bell it can sometimes be hard to click on the word. The dev team has been improving icons recently and I feel that this is one issue that has not been addressed that should maybe be looked at.

It has not been addressed in Idyllshire or Ishgard; still only one bell those places.
It has been addressed is all the other cities with addition of multiple MB and nearby summoning bells.
How tall would you make it? There are still going to be trolls which will get on their biggest mount and sit on top of the summoning bell. If you set the icon higher than that a Lala will have to swing the camera in a crazy upwards direction just to target the bell. Then some bell icons in some cities would be in the ceiling; not an ideal situation. -
07-17-2016, 02:43 PMLambdafishMy thinking would be something like what we have with quest icons, you can still click on the bell/nameplate itself, just like with quest NPCs, but in addition you can also click the bell icon above the bell, yes there will be trolls which would still cause a problem, but as of now it is an inconvenience when there are no trolls and the area is simply populated by people who want to use it.Quote:

Or just use 0 on your numpad while not having a target, it will target the next object/NPC in front of your char and ignores other players. A second tap on Num0 will initiate the intraction with the object/NPC. For controller it's the accept/activate button.
