Bard looking for new FC

Hello. I've been on a little break for a few months and only recently returned. My old FC got a little too quiet and now I'm seeking for another home. I'm not a hardcore raider but more of a more casual player that is still learning lvl 60 content, and well, relearning how to play my classes. Size doesn't matter to me, but preferably one that is not too big because I want to actually get to know the people instead of just lurking or fading into the background.
