AS7 MC static seeking skilled BRD/MCH

Hey all, we just found out our BRD is leaving due to IRL reasons so we are looking for a BRD/MCH. Currently on AS7 working on phase 2-3. We raid T-TH 7-930 PST.

Requirements:
1. You must be able to make raid time consistently. I understand sometimes things happen and you get caught up in work or traffic, family issues, etc. but you must be on time on a regular basis.
2. You must have cleared AS6. Our static has spent way too much time in there. So you must know the fight. At the very minimum. If you have not cleared but know the fight all the way through, feel free to apply, but be warned applicants with a clear have priority.
3. You must be able to take constructive criticism.
4. You must be good at communicating. Really no need to explain here.
5. You must know how to follow mechanics. IDC if you are world first DPS if you can\\'t do mechanics, Because you will be dead.
