I took up mining yesterday, not the most exciting thing in the game but we all have to do something to make gil. The mini game was a bit dull and I thought of an alternative.
Coblyns have minerals on there heads, we want the minerals. My solution is whack a mole with coblyns. How much more fun would that be?

after you mine for a while i9t becomes less of a game and more of a memorization thing. i can hit mats on the first try every time. The amount swings it gives you will determine what mat your mining. and the mats will be in the same spot every time unless the grade is too high for you lvl.

They said a while ago they plan to change the fishing game, I'm hoping they have plans to add a bit more fun to both the Mining and Botany mini games aswell.
Gardening and fishkeeping could be a cool feature for housing, not sure what they could add for Miners, although they really should allow miners to use Nanawa and Copperbell.
I would like to see nodes appear as 3D models and not just a flashy light also. -
