Might be best to transfer, I am also considering going to another server. though you are way ahead of progression than me. But Rag is very established, and there is no shortage of tanks in this game. So ya! take the plunge or not.

Have you tried Angered and Solitude fellow Taru? They are more likely the type of groups you'd be looking for with your requirements. That's all I can think of right now without suggesting a server transfer, as we seem to be a fairly small server :(.
