Missing Titles from Achievements in Version 2.0, Previously Earned in Version 1.0 (REPOST)

I am currently reposting this with updated information. I still have NOT received any fix since (02-28-2015 09:58 PM) and no update--even though the original posting was an accepted bug. I cannot reply or find out what is happening with my account for these fixes. I still can clearly see I earned these titles through hard work and playing version 1.0 game where it was arguably a broken game.


UPDATED information to submit AGAIN. Please note that I changed my character name due to transferring servers.

Steps:
1. Checked Version 1.0 (Legacy) achievements for missing titles.
2. Located 5 separate completed achievements (Five known missing titles, might be more)
3. Cross-checked completed achievement titles with current list of usable titles
4. Submitted a bug report via in-game
5. Also, Contacted GM services in-game.
6. Conversation with GM. GM said, "When submitting your report [on the forums] please ensure you mention that you have spoken to a GM and that you were advised to submit a report as a result of certain titles being unrestorable through usual avenues."
7. Obtained ticket/reference number with interactions via in-game support

I triple checked my achievements to ensure that I have successfully completed all the requirements for the titles. NOTE: There may be other titles I am missing that I'm unsure about. e.g. No way for me to check ALL legacy titles.
