MC 7/8 static looking for SCH for a8s progression/ next raid tier!

Hello! We're looking for a SCH for A8s progression. Preferably we'd like someone with at min some a7s exp but this can be negotiable.

We're currently progressing in early phases A8s, working through first robots phase.
The right candidate should;
1. fit in well with our team
2. confident and comfortable with their job
3. come prepared for raid/ contribute to formation of strategies/ give helpful and constructive feedback when needed
4. above all, have a good time! we're a solid group of friends. we reformed for this tier and have known each other/ raided together for many years, raiding through all of coil. We joke around, we're NSFW, and we have a blast! This should not infer that we do not make solid progression and work hard to clear content! ;)

Schedule is Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:15pm - 12:00am EST, with an additional flex day for progression when scheduling allows.
