Hello! Honor is searching for DRG for Alexander Midas 3.4 progression and beyond!

The ideal candidate:

Is not only passionate about his/her main class, but is also self-driven, motivated, and shares our mindset for perpetual self-improvement and competitive pursuit of endgame content within a supportive team environment

Has a positive attitude and is able to take constructive feedback

Takes advantage of existing resources (videos, guides, etc) to prepare for new content outside of scheduled raid time.

Has solid raid-awareness/adaptability and flexibility with raid strategies in order to optimize raid DPS (which may not necessarily always translate to individual DPS)

Is able to verbally communicate effectively and clearly as needed during raid via VOIP (Discord or TS)

Has cleared A5S
