Additions, ideas, and random suggestions possible and not likely!

Creating this thread to just get ideas floating around, maybe some make it into the game, maybe some will just be enjoyable too dream about. The floor is yours, so let the chatter comence.

So for my suggestions i'll start by just naming random thoughts I think would be cool to see. Mixed races for character creation, melee healer job maybe a surgeon, family tree like the party bonuses but mixed with the marriage concept, race choice of something with wings, oversized parties 8 people doing 4 man content, relic armor, dow/Dom advancing jobs to specialists>prodigy, more open world content like Choco races or moogle post quests. That's just some to get the ball rolling:)

I have been thinking a lot about 'enchanting scrolls' that can drop only from level sync'd raids. Something like being able to add % chance to increase attack by x% or enhance chance to parry after a successful parry. Maybe even some that has + to abilities that was kind of mentioned in another thread. To me it was revitalize raids and probably give a consist desire to do them while providing a challenge if they were sync'd at a certain base level and ilvl.

I think special drop only materia fits better, especially with the materia updates in 3.2.

Well i'm not fully clear on if you mean a permanent buff like from melding materia or a temporary buff like food. Now I don't personally think it would be a good permanent buff as like the other poster said because materia is finally making more head way, n I think materia should play a larger or more less gated by instance role in the game. But I think an enchanting scroll with a longer duration more like the company actions, with attribute or skill buffs increased more then food n pots, would make a good addition especially if they were dropped only from certain content, say aqua and raids.

Here's another idea I've been thinking about, if any of you ever played FF8 I'm sure you remember doing SeeD tests to increase your salary, well I think they should tie that in with our GC's, have daily tests on any game knowledge, that increases our test rank, in turn our rank could give us a set amount of gil, or be used as a multiplier up to 5x our challenge log completion each week. Maybe it would carry over a % of our rank into the next week with accumulative ranks..idk just a thought. It would encourage people to pay more attention to their surroundings, story text, and info tabs:)
