APPCRASH

I have been getting APPCRASH error last two weeks and it comes and goes. At the moment I cant log in after it crashed in Dragon Hinterlands. There are times it does nothing and I wont get it for hours but then it will crash and continually crash trying to log back in after selecting a character and the game tries to load in. This attempt I am at a hour. However I can log into another character in and the game does not crash at all, now its not in the same area. Also it seems to happen in 3.0 areas and sometime Duties. Now I have uninstalled and reinstalled the video drivers, tried DX9, changing the graphics settings in game before logging in. Any ideas on what to do? Also I have included the Error Windows gives me when it crashes.

I have also tried reinstalling the game and that has not fixed the issue.

Just as a matter of interest is your PSU >600w

Its 900w, ran the monitors while playing never saw a voltage dip. Also I have had no issues with any other game. Seems to be related only to FF14.

So still getting the issues anyone have any ideas?
