Missed out on Chocobo earrings due to announcement typo

The post said "Until Thursday, July 6th", but it really meant "Wednesday, July 6th". However, of course, I only really paid attention to the Thursday part and when I logged in today to get them on all my characters the moogle was not there.

This is my first time hearing about earrings. Google says the event has been running for weeks. Guess I missed out too then.

Because I was bogged down with RL events and relied on an announcement's wording to be correct. Any questions?

Sorry to read that you have missed it, maybe (and I know this isnt a 100% solution) they might put the item on Mog Store someday. Gamescom is in August and Tokyo Gameshow is in September, they bring the moogle npc back for these events.

You missed out its not the games fault you should have tried to get on and get them. Wait until next year or mog station. Does this really need a thread? No.

If you rely so much on announcements, you should have checked the date. Pretty sure if you looked the date up, you would have seen the 6th is wednesday, today. Blame them for a typo yeah ok, but blame yourself for not getting the earring >_> I got it because the moogle is in a visible place where you just can't miss it, didn't even know it was announced.

Guys, don't be so harsh. It really is misleading, Just because you had the time to log on doesn't mean everyone else had, too. It doesn't change the fact that nothing can be done about it, sure, but still you could at least try to empathize.

People miss events all the time, more will come and new/old items will be obtained. Just wait for the next one its not that hard.
