Character Restoring

I was wondering how long does it take to hear anything back about the character restore process?? It has been about eight days now and I haven't heard anything at all I Already posted this once in General Discussion which probably isn't where I should of posted it and I tried to delete that post but I couldn't figure out how to

I looked on the character restore form page and it says:

The restoration may take anywhere from seven to ten days from submission.

---

So it might take another day or two before you hear anything back.
