DX11 Client crashing whenever I try to change resolution

I tried using nvidia DSR and then increasing the resolution in the game, but it crashed. So I tried turning DSR off, and changing my resolution in the game to a lower resolution, and it crashed again. It seems to crash whenever I try to change it from default resolution.

If I use the DX9 client I can change resolution without any issues at all.

I am running windows 10 with a 780 ti, drivers one step behind the latest (it runs better for me).

Edit: I just talked to a person with an AMD card, and they were not having the issue. Talked with another who said their GF has the same card and the same issue I am having.
