Server Lag?

I have a problem from the emergency maintenance on July 1.
During the days 3 - 4 Julio I've had lag spikes, at first I thought it was my problem but in different partys all had the same problem. I ask in my FC/Linksells and all had the same problem...lag spikes for a few seconds...
someone else has the same problem? any solution?

Lag Spike every 10 or 20 mins since yesterday

Same here, lag spike every 10 or 20 min same... yesterday I tried to do Alexander savage with my static and all die every time for the lag D:
