How do you Update/Change your Credit Card Info on MogStation?

My bank has just changed over to cards with chips in them, so they sent me an entirely new credit card with different numbers on it and I want to update my info on MogStation
I tried Add/Change Subscription but it won't let me update it unless the payment method changes (it's still is the same type of card).
I tried Update Payment Method but the only option there is Crysta.
My subscription isn't due or anything but I would like to be prepared ahead of time, just in case there would be an issue.

From the Mog Station, you can access your SE account. To change your card info follow these steps:

1. Go to Square Enix Account Settings (link along top of mog station)
2. Follow the link for 'Register/Update Payment Method"
3. Follows the steps there to change your card info.
