No Main Quests Available

Hi,

I just got back into the game after two years and decided to transfer to a different world (Siren). I was going to continue the main story line quests that I left off on which was "Answering the Call" and noticed it was not available for me to Que up. After that, I also noticed that there were no other quested in any zones that I could Que up. I only managed to see 2 level 1 quests. So, I figured maybe I needed to purchase the Heavens Ward expansion so I and did still I had nothing. I went and put in a technical support ticket and was advised to post it as a bug. I truly need this looked into and fixed because if not their is no way I can play this game.
