Storyline Quest Stuck after D/C'ed

As I was loading the storyline cutscene following the quest requiring you to use Duty Finder to enter "Aetherochemical Research Facility" (Heavensward), I got disconnected from the issues on the 1st.

When I logged on later, the quest still showed incomplete so I ran the dungeon again using duty finder. When I exited, it teleported me straight back to where I was instead of entering the cutscene. And after doing it several times, it still reads as incomplete. I believe it's stuck since I got kicked while loading the cutscene.
