Eternal Bonding Ceremony: Rescheduling Confusion

Hello all! It's my first time planning a bonding ceremony, and my partner and I are very confused about the reschedule process. We originally intended to have our ceremony on July 4th, but due to complications outside the game, it turns out we will have to reschedule. We want to try and have it on my birthday (July 25th), but the schedule only shows us up until July 11th. Is there anything we can do about this? Also, if we reschedule, is there a certain amount of times we can reschedule, or is it infinite until we get the date we want?
