Upon starting the game, the Character Selection screen says "Connection: Excellent". Once I select my character, the Moggle loading page comes up, and then I get the error. But now the Character Selection screen says "Connection: Poor".
I'm afraid it's seemingly server side, and since it's after hours we won't see any resolution until tomorrow.
i have not been able to log in for over 16 hours (and countless others) it is obvious they have a major issue that needs to be sorted and the whole out of hours thing should be redundant especially since we are paying monthly to play it. If it is a fact that nothing is being done because of that reason than i am really dissapointed and think that if people who pay to play their game cannot log in it should be priority one to be fixed no matter how long it takes. feeling disheartened.....:(
Agreed. They could at least say something so we know they are working on it. And give an estimate for when it might be done.
