Can't Login With a Specific Character

Hi there!

My husband is unable to login to his main, Lance Nesilvari of Lamia, both he and I have tried on our separate computers to login to that character, but we are getting a 90002 error. He last logged off after doing Weeping City a few days ago, and Returned to Idyllshire to log off. I created another character on his account, and am able to login to that character just fine, it is located on Malboro. My character on my personal account, Xamarel Nesilvari, is capable of logging in just fine, as well as other freshly made characters on other servers.

If it helps at all, we both use a wireless connection to our ISP-provided modem/router, on the 5ghz band. Our roommate plays FFXIV via PS4 on the 2.4ghz wireless line.

Any assistance is welcome, I would really hate to have to unsub because we can't play together at all.

PLEASE HELP. ;-;

EDIT: Hubby's character is now able to login. Didn't try much other than running around Idyllshire, but that's better than nothing, right? :P

I'm getting the same thing as well. On Behemoth Server with character Meidas Kephalos.

Strange, having the same issues with my character but I can create a new character and have no issue getting in.

Same issue here. Hyperion character Aeryks Skyrea. Getting put in queue and every time I get to the loading screen it gives me 90002.

I am also having trouble logging into my character on Lamia. I logged in successfully this morning around 8am (PST) to check my retainers for 5 minutes. I am trying to log in now and I am getting error 90002 when I try to log in from my PC and error 10105 when I try to log in from my PS4. Both messages say "Connection with server was lost". It is not my internet connection since I ran a test and I am getting around 100/100 Mbps download and upload speed (plus I just got done watching a bunch of HD episodes without any problems). Interestingly, when I restart my PC and PS4 and open the game, the Character Selection screen says "Connection: Excellent". Once I select my character, the Moggle loading page comes up, and then I get the error. But now the Character Selection screen says "Connection: Poor". Hmmmm....

strange, there is also the moogle loading page for his character as well. I wonder if it means something :/

My wife is also having the exact same issue, can log in fine on alt chars but her main gives her 90002 error, logged out in lavender beds. char- Rae Komi , ultros server

I can confirm this. After numerous attempts to log in, I am now sometimes getting the message "This world is currently full. Players in queue:" and then I get the loading screen followed by the error.

FYI For the above comment I meant to reply to Trunks comment above instead of Kai_Lee's. I am still getting the hang of the forum XD
