Mhachi Matter is already obtained but does not appear in inventory

Steps:
1. I killed Calofisteri, I heard 3 items going inside my inventory (inventory was not full)
2. I went to see in the duty finder screen that I have received 3/3 weekly rewards from City of Mhach.
3. I checked my inventory and could not find the Mhachi Matter
4. I tried talking to Smacklix at Idyllshire ( 7.6 , 4.9 ) to try and trade, but I could not because there is no Mhachi Matter in my inventory.
