STILL getting 3102 errors for 15+ minutes

WHY DOES IT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO KICK SOMEONE WHO DISCONNECTED OUT OF THE GAME

It took long enough for:
* Me to get a drink
* The entire party (minus me) to clear to the boss
* Me to go use the restroom
* Me to watch the entire Heavensward intro video
* Me to make a snack
* Me to get pissed off enough to log onto the forums
* Me to find the last time I reported this marked as "Resolved" HINT: IT IS NOT RESOLVED

This is a RECURRING SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUE. WHEN SOMEONE TRIES TO LOG IN AN THEY ARE ALREADY "LOGGED IN" THEN KICK THEM. AT LEAST DO IT ON THE THIRD GODDAMNED TRY. AT LEAST DO IT WITHIN 2 MINUTES OF YOUR FIRST LOGIN ATTEMPT. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SURGERY.

This might help the issue - I was finally able to log in when the party vote abandoned and the instance server was closed. I was able to log in immediately after the party dropped the instance.

I had the same issue. Error 3102. Wasn't able to log back in until the party had cleared the last boss as I had disconnected in the middle of fighting it.

Is it 'that' hard to implement a force log out button somewhere on the website?
