Hi, I'm new in the game. I am a Black Mage (lvl 51 archer 16lvl, main scenario quests to complete along The Ultima Weapon).
Why I can not use any Black Mage spells? (In JOB is Convert only). When I have learned 35 Freeze, 40 Apocatastasis, 45 Manawall 50 Flare).
Perhaps you're in a duty at the time that applies level sync temporarily reducing your level below the level associated with the action you're trying to use.

Job skills are granted by completing quests. For you that should be Lalai in Ul'Dah near the weaver's guild

I had an incomplete chainquest from Lalai, and I could see him on the map.
Look closer (Lalai a girl!).
Might have to get in real close though...
