I'm not sure under what exactly I have to look, so I thought I ask you smart guys :3
If I change from a female character to a male...
..is it possible to exchange the femme wedding outfit to the male one, or am I "stuck" with the original?
..same at the lightning stuff?
And what about the hairstyles?

You CAN exchange the wedding outfit.
Hairstyles from books are across all races/genders I believe.
Can't comment on the Lightning outfit. But I'm fairly certain you're stuck with it.
You can exchange the Lightning outfit for the NORA outfit at the same NPC than the other items.
The Lightning hairstyle will be automatically changed by the Snow one.
I don't know about the hairstyle when you buy it from MogStation though. If you got it from the event it would register and you'd have access to the Snow hair because you had the clear flag for the event. But I don't know how the MogStation works... However you can exchange female specific items to male items at the Calamity Salvager - but only the event related ones.
