I recently got the quest "Lord Errant" in Uldah.
I get to the part where you have to parry with one of 3 guys... upon failing to do so, you then have to fight a mob of enemies.
The bug is the fact that your sidekick, side-partner or whatever you call it dies from 1-2 shots and the quest fails.
