Trouble with launching

It has been a while since i logged into FF14. When i ran the launcher this happen

So i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, When i ran it again, it was the same problem. But when it ask me to install heavensward

If i click cancle this will happen

Either way i stuck there, nothing happen next. So could anyone help ?
