Black screen launcher
Hello.
There was an issue with my computer yesterday, prompting me to attempt to uninstall and reinstall FFXIV. However, ever since downloading the launcher I've only been getting a blank, black screen beyond the license agreement page. I run off of Windows 10.

The following is a list of actions that I've already taken in trying to fix this issue:
- Added frontier.ffxiv.com/* to my exception list in both Internet Explorer and AVG
- Deleted the entirety of the FF14 folder in my documents. This only resets me back to the license agreement page, and I get the black screen again after agreeing and clicking next
- Disabling my firewall
- Updating Internet Exporer
I've tried searching, but just about every thread where this issue has shown up was resolved by taking one of the above steps. Is there anything I might have missed?
