About the FATE called Schism

Okay, how long does it take for this FATE to spawn? Ive been waiting almost 30+ minutes for it and it refuses to show up and im on limited time, im trying to get my last 3 FATEs done for my old relic before the end of the night, so please would someone be nice enough to tell me how long this FATE takes to appear? Im aware that there is a limit to how many FATEs show up on the map at once but ignoring that, how long does it take this FATE to show up?

Some fates won't start until you speak to an npc. Maybe its one of those?

Schism is activated by an npc around X23 Y16.

I was having issues with that NPC not showing up, but he eventually did, thanks though guys :D

Uh, no, the FATE icon will be labelled with the name of the person you speak to rather than the title of the FATE but that's not the same thing as the FATE being renamed.
