220 tank seeking raid team

220 PLD tank looking to get into a weekly raid group with the goal of endgame content. I am completely new to the final fantasy raid scene, however ive done the required research into many of the fights and the mechanical/statistical expectations of my class, and boast 10+ years top end raid experience through World of Warcraft, having downed all bosses to date pre-nerf.

Im a 235 ninja and I have been looking for a raid group for ages, I have a very in depth understanding of my class as well as experience as a tank (truth be told though, I am not overly fond of my current tank class, warrior, and have been working up a paladin to replace it) I will admit though, my true usefulness lies in my skill as a ninja.
