[NA] Regarding Delivery of Fan Festival Las Vegas Presale Ticket Codes

As we announced last week, we would begin sending Fan Festival in Las Vegas presale ticket codes to users who subscribed to FINAL FANTASY XIV between May 1, 2016 and June 6, 2016. We completed sending those emails last week. Unfortunately, a number of users who are eligible to receive a presale code had previously asked to be removed from the Square Enix mailing list. Due to this, we are unable to send presale ticket codes to these users via email.

Therefore, users who have not received the presale code email, and who meet the eligibility requirements of having an active FINAL FANTASY XIV account between May 1, 2016 and June 6, 2016, should contact the Square Enix Support Center for assistance.

How to Contact Support
1. Visit the Square Enix Support Center.
2. Select the following contact category and sub category: Pre-game Inquiries – Other
3. In the contact description field, enter “FFXIV Fan Festival” and then click Next.
4. Click Next again to bypass the list of predetermined FAQ articles.
5. Log into your Square Enix Account. (You will only be prompted to login if you're not already logged into your Square Enix account.)
6. Select Email or Chat support and follow the additional prompts to submit your request.
