White Wolf Gate in Gridania is bugged

Steps:

1. Finished the required quest Broadening Horizons and the follow-up one Beneath the Planks.

2. I am able to talk to the Gatekeeper and allowed to walk through the gate, but I can't use the Aetheryte to port to it.

3. I have the following gates unlocked at the Aetheryte: Archers' Guild, Leatherworker's Guild, Lancers' Guild, Conjurers' Guild, Botanists' Guild, Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre, Blue Badger Gate, Yellow Serpent Gate, and Airship Landing.

4. I looked around the city and the surrounding zones for quests that could possibly let me port to this gate, but I haven't found anything.

5. GMs told me to make a post here for help regarding this issue.
