I was listening to the 1.0 soundtrack and one of my favorites theme is from the high level area of Thanalan towards old Southern and Northern parts. I thought that if we get some kind of savana or desert region in the expansion. It would be sweet to reuse the Widdershins soundtrack or any other ones that haven't been used yet, what do you think? :)

Given how Soken seems to be reserving 1.0 tracks for secondary use (such as optional hard mode dungeons, or cutscenes), it's more likely new zone themes will have new tracks and missing 1.0 tracks like Widdershins will continue to be added in other parts of the game, to say nothing of appearing also on the Orchestrion. Personally I'm waiting eagerly the return of the original 1.0 city themes like Navigator's Glory and Born of the Boughs, and the beautiful cutscene track Piece of Mind. There is still plenty of 1.0 music to come which I'm sure Soken will find suitable places in ARR for. :)

Yes that is true, i'm glad they added the Holy Consult theme for the newest HM dungeon. I don't recall ever hearing it during 1.0 but any soundtracks that used to be part of the old data are a much welcoming addition. Hopefully we'll see them all added as the game keeps growing!

TBH he should be careful when adding old 1.0 tracks, the music in Hullbreaker HM doesn't fit the game at all and makes the dungeon look a lot more dull.
Yes, it's my personal opinion.
Other 1.0 tracks like Twilight over Thanalan have been used in good parts that don't break the feel of ARR, but I feel a disconnect with Hullbreaker HM. -
