Moogle Beast Tribe Quest Bug - Whei Ahf Animation Lock

Steps:

After accepting the quest "A Revivifying Roar" the player rides Whei Ahf to use his roar ability on totems. Upon using the roar ability Whei Ahf's animation locks and he no longer moves until you begin moving him around. His wings will sometimes stutter but he stops flapping his wings altogether.

This happens during this specific quest and it happened every time the roar ability was used.

The below image shows Whei Ahf stuck in the position shown on screen, he does not move from this position.

Steps:

Every time after finishing the dialogue in each of the objectives for the beast tribe quest Let There Be Light, the animation freezes.
Seems you cannot see it happening to other player's wyverns or theirs are not freezing up.
