Hi, just wanted to say that as much as i like the fact that we have recived so manny options to obtain the Crystal sands for the anima relic part of the quest way more options then in the previus step when we multiple methodes of obtaining the items tomestones (both kinds), alexander, treasure maps and hunts i have to say i am disapointed in the fact that there is only one way currently to obtain Umbrite's what in my opinion makes all the posibilites of getting sands invalid. the reason i am saying it is that previusly you had to farm this or that to get your 80 items and thats fine often you where working on getting multiple items at the same time (hunts or certain alexander floors) now no mather how creative you are or fast on obtaining the sands be it through poetics while lvling other charcters materia or crafting you are still cornered by the fact that there is one posibility of obtaining the Umbrite's and that makes me very sad and disapointed.
In future steps of the relic when you plan to introduce multiple ways of obtaining the items please make it so that all the requiered items have multiple paths of being obtained. a step like this creates a false belive of choice cause mo mather what route you chose you will be stuck on umbrites as there is only 1 way of obtaining them through ESO and way more posibilites for the crystal sands.

Well the expert roulette and trial roulette together is one umbrite alone so if you do those two dailies every day it'll take you 80 days and of course doing more can get you another umbrite or two. I think this is a good method that is more balanced timewise than previous quests by being longer than the oil quest and waaaaaaay faster than the unidentifiables and also helps encourage the use of roulettes which helps the community. It's not like there is a weekly ESO cap.

06-18-2016, 11:22 PMBacentYeah if you do the bare minimum, it's almost the same as doing all of the 2.X beast tribes every single day for about 87 days, seeing how they're 13 tokens each and you need 20 of each which means 260 tokens per item, with 3 tokens a day leaning to about 87 days to get all of the unidentifiable, and that's not including what you could buy from doing your daily stuff, which would be under 80 days IF you did the beast tribe stuff and roulette stuff every single day since you could buy them with both Poetics and Esoterics.Quote:

It could be compared to unidentifiables when looked at that way except the new relic quest is cut into two parts and it's possible to farm for the sands, save up a few, and have nothing else to do except dailies. Rather than run all over doing monotonous beast tribe dailies. And there's no daily limit for running dungeons for ESO. It's especially easy for tanks and healers. Onagood day I turn in 2-3 umbrite and I'm sure I could do more if I pushed. Running current content is much less of a mental strain than farming all the other currencies for unidentifiables. I remember farming for unidentifiables: "OK done with my expert and lv 60, now for a max lv leveling dungeon and a lv 50 plus trial of course and the MS daily and maybe I'll get one from that. Ohgod an s rank I hope I make it in time! Wait did I do beast tribe dailies today? And what unidentifiables can I get with allied anyways? Maybe I can get another one from a map as well!" Where as with the current quest I get sands easy from blue script turn ins and only need 300 ESO for another upgrade. Much better than 800.

would definitely like more ways to obtain umbrite, hunt seals, lore...added to one of the bst vendors for x amount of tokens again..anything really.
