Buy Game Questions!
Hi! I'm new here! i was wondering if you can help me. I want to buy the game, it's awesome, but i don't know a thing. I want it in dvd if i can have it in the official page.
But my question is, i'm playing the trial, and i don't have 49 euros so i have 20, if i buya realm reborn, when i buy for 49 the heavensword game, they will discount me 20 euros? cause the heavensword game have the other game, a realm reborn, i don't want to buy th e2 games separately. If it's more money i prefer to wait, but if don't i buy it now!!
thanks for all :)

Welcome!
So you don't technically get a discount for buying the bundle just because you already own the base game. However, you can purchase just the expansion separately, which is essentially the same concept. I don't know about EU prices, and things can vary at specific retailers, but looking at the NA Square store, it adds up to the same price either way: it's $20 for A Realm Reborn, $30 for Heavensward, or $50 for the bundle.
So based on these prices alone, it would cost the same to buy each piece separately or buy them together.
However, one additional note:
Since you're getting it on a disc, it's worth noting that the bundle actually includes a lot more of the game's original patches. These are, of course, free downloads, but having 2.1 through 2.55 also on the disc would save you a lot of download time if you have a slow or prorated connection and do a fresh install (you obviously already have ARR installed since you're playing, so it won't make a difference for the machine that already has ARR installed).

I would buy the base game before bothering with Heavensward. It'll take at least a month to get to the Heavensward content, see.

I just bought the full game myself, but now I have a question: are there really subscription fees I need to worry about?
-
-
Yes. FFXIV is a subscription based game if you want to continue playing after the Free Trial has finished. The fees can be found here for US players, and here for UK/Europe and other countries (service fees are found by scrolling down the page).

So, I'm guessing when the 30 days are up, I won't be allowed to play until I pay fee, right?

Hey, the game is on sale at the moment for 50%, you can get the game here ( https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/...rn-pc-download ) for just 5€ and the expansion for 20€ here ( https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/...rd-pc-download ). It's not the disk, it's digital download but still is way cheaper and you can download it whenever you need it. Also you can pay the monthly fee with the money you save :)
