emote restrictions

Ok so some emotes restrictions like the doze emote it seems we can't use them in the manner of sleeping on a random bed like say for example the barracks in cch as many of you know rp'ers in general. could the dev team maybe change that? i don't get why we can't use them but if we go to a house in the wards we can use the doze emote even if it's not our bed or even our house so why not just allow the sleep on bed to be useable on any bed?. Are there any other emotes out there that you people have seen that refuse to act a certain way when doing somethign plz share
