As an occasional fisher, having a skywatcher NPC (to see the weather in other locations) in the housing area would be really nice to have.

As an occasional fisher, having a skywatcher NPC (to see the weather in other locations) in the housing area would be really nice to have.
No reason not to really, considering they appear in all the cities plus the end-game areas (Mor Dhona, Idyllshire) as well. Plus we already have other NPCs like the Diadem ones too.
